Discord Application Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 27, 2026

intentsolutions.io LLC operates the Intent Solutions Discord application and its feed services. This notice explains the application-specific data practices for our private Discord community. Read it with our company Privacy Policy, which provides additional information about your privacy rights and how to contact us. This notice does not change an existing confidentiality, participation or business agreement.

Current scope

Existing: the Discord application supports server administration and configured private feed spaces. In development: feed delivery is in limited testing; full-collection publishing and automated onboarding are not enabled at the date of this notice. Public-source collection has been tested separately from publishing to Discord.

The application is not a background recorder of the community's conversations. It does not currently collect or summarize discussion histories, monitor members' private messages, record calls, or score participation. Human moderators can see conversations allowed by their Discord roles. Discord operates its own platform and processes information under Discord's Privacy Policy.

Information used by the application

For setup and administration, we process server, application, channel and role identifiers, permissions, and the identifiers of accounts named in access settings. We keep configuration and verification records so an operator can check that changes affected the intended server and access groups.

The implemented feed components, when enabled, process public article titles, publisher names, original links, publication dates, short excerpts or clearly identified summaries, topic labels and optional image links. To publish, correct and avoid duplicating an item, the service records its delivery status and the identifiers of its Discord messages and forum posts. Recovery may inspect the configured feed destinations and their archived posts; it is not intended to scan member discussion rooms.

The access-management component, when enabled for reviewed member decisions, uses a Discord account identifier, an internal reference, verification and decision references, membership and decision dates, access-role identifiers, and grant or removal outcomes. It does not require copying application answers, certification documents or signed agreements into Discord. This component is not currently connected to automated onboarding.

If you contact us about privacy or support, we process the information you provide and the correspondence needed to handle your request. Please avoid sending passwords, access credentials or unrelated sensitive documents.

How information is used and shared

We use application records to configure access, operate and repair feed delivery, investigate errors, and handle authorized access and privacy requests. Feed content posted to Discord is available to members who can access its destination. Source links lead to independently operated sites with their own privacy practices.

Discord receives information sent through its platform and application interfaces. Authorized company operators and service providers supporting our systems process information needed to operate those systems. Our company privacy-contact email is hosted by MXroute. The company Privacy Policy describes additional information about service providers, disclosure and your rights.

Reading a feed, selecting a topic, reacting to a post or holding an access role does not activate an application-managed alert subscription. Provider-specific alert subscriptions are not currently enabled. Discord's own notification and device settings remain under your control.

Storage, retention and requests

We restrict access to application records to authorized operating purposes. Configuration records support the installed service; delivery records support correction, recovery and duplicate prevention; access records support verified grants, removals and review of access decisions.

Retention follows the purposes and principles in our company Privacy Policy, applicable requirements and valid privacy requests. This pilot does not have an automatic record-expiration schedule. An operator handles privacy requests subject to those requirements; leaving the community does not start an automatic purge.

You can request information about application records relating to you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion by emailing jeremy@intentsolutions.io. We may need enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant records. Please make privacy requests by email rather than posting personal details in a shared channel. The rights described in our company Privacy Policy continue to apply.

Leaving the server or losing a role changes access. It does not automatically remove messages, records or copies. A request may require separate action on application records, application-owned Discord posts and backups. Discord's own account data and copies held independently by other people remain subject to their applicable controls. We will explain relevant limits or a requirement to preserve information when handling a request.

Changes and contact

This notice describes the current scope. New features that materially change the information used, its purpose or who receives it require an updated description before they are enabled. This notice does not establish that future subscriptions, conversation summaries or onboarding integrations are already operating.
