Earned fees and invoices are not bank cash.
The same project budget uses separate customer receipt and supplier payment dates. Cash begins at zero. Same-day costs precede receipts to disclose an intraday funding need. The final-receipt-loss scenario is highlighted.

These are fictional worked examples, not Intent Solutions prices, compensation terms, customer results, forecasts or offers. “Revenue” means illustrative contracted fees or billings within the stated scenario and horizon; it does not establish accounting recognition, an invoice already sent or cash collected. Conditional fees require their specified event. Supplier receipts are gross business invoices, not individual take-home pay. Contribution is fees less the listed direct costs, before central overhead and tax; a reserve is a proposed holdback, not an additional expense. Amounts are USD. Program sources explain mechanisms, not Intent enrollment, guaranteed opportunities or payment rights. Credits are not cash. Each real engagement needs its own agreed scope and terms.

Modeled schedule totals, excluding central overhead and tax.
